Terms of Service
PromptSmith provides AI-assisted prompt tools on an as-is and as-available basis. You are responsible for reviewing generated material and using it lawfully. Do not submit unlawful, sensitive, or rights-infringing content. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Paid plans are subject to documented fair-use limits and may not be shared or automated for resale.
Privacy Policy
We process account email, securely hashed passwords, session identifiers, usage counters, prompts, and minimum technical data needed to provide and protect the service. Account and entitlement data is stored with Upstash; verification emails are delivered by Resend; prompts may be sent to contracted AI providers; payment details are processed by Creem and are not stored by PromptSmith. Do not enter confidential personal information.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Access normally continues through the paid billing period. If paid functionality materially fails, request a refund within 14 days through the contact details in your Creem receipt. Requests are reviewed under applicable consumer law and Creem billing rules.
Support
Use the Account page to open the Creem customer portal for cancellation, invoices, and payment methods. For refunds or product support, use the support details in your Creem receipt.
